A selective list of specialists is utilised with proven ability to deliver contracts to high standards. Sub-contractors are required to meet strict criteria. The friendly, firm but fair approach ensures a high standard of work with first class service levels and specialist design input as required.

Accounts are held with all the major building material supply companies. The Buying Department ensure 'just in time' deliveries with supplier performance continually monitored.
• Training
An ongoing training programme includes day-release graduate courses and on site apprentice training across all trades.
Health and Safety, first aid, job specific and on-the-job training is also provided for all personnel as necessary. All staff are CSCS trained.
• Programme
Programmes are implemented and monitored continually by appropriate personnel to ensure that the most effective programme is issued and realistic targets are set.

Client instructions are acted upon immediately with cost implications to budget notified before work commences.
