As a company we are constantly learning and improving, the benefits of which are passed on to our clients.Our involvement with Investors in People provides us with a framework for continued development which can only serve to improve the service which we offer, while our adherence to ISO management standards and the Considerate Constructors scheme and the fact that all site staff and subcontractors are Construction Skills certified card holders, provides clients with added reassurance that we are all we claim to be.

Our preferred sub-contractors
We hold a selective list of specialists with whom we have built up strong relationships, founded on mutual respect and their proven ability to deliver contracts to high standards. Sub-contractors are required to meet strict criteria in health and safety, management standards, and quality. In return we undertake to pay on time and give repeat business. This friendly, firm but fair approach ensures a high standard of work with first class service levels and specialist design input as required.

Supply chain
Accounts are held with all the major building material supply companies, which enables us to achieve cost-savings through long term relationships and bulk ordering. The Russells Construction buying department works hard to ensure 'just in time' deliveries with supplier performance continually monitored.
Build programme
Programmes are drawn up in close conjunction with the client and profession team, and are monitored continually by a dedicated project manager to ensure efficiency and both interim targets and completion dates are met.
Instructions
Client instructions are acted upon immediately with cost implications to budget notified before work commences.
Clients and customers
A friendly, professional relationship with our clients and their project team established in the early stages. Communication is key and allows us to assess our methods and processes throughout the build, in order to surmise best practice upon completion and at the end of the defects liability period.
Client satisfaction is our overall measure of success and, with repeat business and word-of-mouth recommendation so important, our aim is to be first in mind for clients when tendering their next project.
